Juliet approaches ceramics with the same mindset she brings to her other mediums, pushing both material and process to their limits. Experimentation lies at the heart of her practice, fueled by curiosity and the thrill of discovering new techniques.
Her ceramics practice continues to evolve, currently exploring processes such as etching directly from metal plates onto delicate porcelain clay.
Many of her sculptural works involve the assembly of multiple ceramic elements, creating layered, multidimensional forms. While her ceramics practice is predominantly sculptural, it also extends to the occasional creation of functional pieces.
