Juliet’s paintings and mixed media works are often large in scale, while also extending to smaller, more intimate pieces.

Her practice blurs the boundaries between two- and three-dimensional forms, frequently incorporating sculptural elements made from ceramics and metals. The works are layered and multi-dimensional, building depth through material and process.

Juliet explores how best to communicate her subject, often using collage elements such as type, illustration and sculptural components to strengthen meaning. Etching and printed materials appear throughout the work, even within pieces that engage with more traditional subjects.
